• The Important Role of the Football in England's National Tea

    Association football, also called football or field hockey, is an organized team sport played between two sides of eleven players each. It is played daily on a rectangular field with goal posts at each corner. It has been around since 1830 and is one of the oldest sports in the world. Its official name is Sport International Football Association and the names of the countries where it is played include Brazil, Canada, China, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Ireland, Japan, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, South Africa, Spain, Sweden and the United States. It is played throughout the year except in winter months when it is discontinued. It is considered to be the most watched and attended a contact sport in the world.

The game shall be played between teams designated by the countries. These countries are arranged according to their levels of competence i.e. amateur, senior and professional.     Football is the only kind of sport that doesn't require any particular athletic ability. Neither the player or the coach needs to have had any training. The game can be played by anyone who has an ordinary mental capacity.     There are many institutes that conduct organized football games in different parts of the world. The most famous of these associations football clubs are from the English Premier League, the Scottish Premier League and the Welsh Premier League. The most famous teams that represent England are Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester united, Manchester city, Watford and Cardiff. There are many other teams from the England region that also represent the country.

     

    The referees of the English premier league are the Regulation 3 and the fourth official is the center referee. The Regulation 3 provides for the mandatory provision of protective equipment such as the whistle. This regulation requires that the referee blows the whistle in such a manner that the opponents become aware of the presence of the referee's whistle and the opposing team becomes aware of the referee's whistle blowing. Another regulation of the fourth official is that the Referees must be able to communicate and interpret signals clearly from the touchline. The Referees may bring the play ahead by raising his/her arm or waving it above his/her head so that the opposing team becomes aware of the call.

     

    The fourth official is the center referee and he is responsible for the sending off of the game ball to the opposition team's goal. The goal post is where the ball saver is permitted to place the ball after it is kicked off from the ground by the ball carrier. In a penalty kick, the sending of the ball from the goal line is allowed when the ball is not touched by an opponent player, but the Referee may warn the offender or punish him by making him unavailable to take another penalty kick for a minimum of twenty-four hours.
